4. Payments & Refunds

  • Courses are offered for a fee. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable charges.
  • Certain courses are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, or as specified).
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • Refunds may be offered only as per conditions herein.

Refund Policy

At ClearPath Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need a refund. a. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are only available for courses that have not been accessed by the student.
b. Non-Refundable Items
  • Bundled course purchases are non-refundable after accessing the first course.
c. How to Request a Refund
  • Submit a written request via email to support@clearpathacademy.org with your order details.
  • Our team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome.
d. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
e. Course Access After Refund
  • Once a refund is processed, access to the course will be revoked immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to courses, videos, images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Pwani Clear Path Training Center DBA as ClearPath Academy or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for educational purposes only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

7. Certificates

  • Upon successful completion of a course, you may receive a certificate of completion (if applicable).

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Platform.
  • We do not guarantee that completing a course will lead to employment or business opportunities.
