2025
- The Beginning
Recognizing the Gap Rose Odhiambo founded Pwani Clear Path Training Centre Ltd to give Kenyan organizations a credentialed, hands‑on way into AI — not another informal workshop with no reportable outcome.

Building the Pathway We developed the four‑stage Clear Path framework — Foundations, Operations, Security, and Agentic Build — and became Kenya's first NITA‑accredited AI‑specific training provider, now offering 8 accredited programs.

Proof by Practice We build what we teach: Clear Path's own digital front door runs on agents we designed ourselves in Microsoft Copilot Studio — PathFinder, Nexus, Beacon, and ARIA. We're now in active engagements with Kilifi County Government, the National Coordination Mechanism on Migration, and the Directorate of Immigration Services, and are a partner in the Kenya AI Skilling Alliance.
